Inviting Sygnal to your Webflow Workspace

How to give access to your project to Sygnal's team.

To make changes to your Webflow site, Sygnal will need access to your workspace.

You do not need a paid workspace plan to invite us, and there is no extra cost to invite us as a guest. Inviting Sygnal also won't count against your Workspace seat count.

You can have up to 2 guests per Workspace on Starter, Core, Growth, Freelancer, or Agency plans. You can have up to 10 guests on Enterprise Workspace plans ( or if you’re an Enterprise Partner ).

If you are already at your maximum guest limit, Sygnal's team can do most of our work on a cloned site copy.

How to Invite Us

To invite Sygnal to your Workspace:

1. Click the Account dropdown menu in your Dashboard

2. Click Workspaces

3. Choose the Workspace you want to add your guest to

4. Go to Team tab > Agency or Freelancer Guests‍

5. Click Invite guest‍

6. Add the Sygnal's email [email protected] to the field

7. Click Invite

Site-Specific Access

SITE-SPECIFIC ACCESS If you are on an Agency, Freelancer, or Enterprise Workspace plan, you can restrict Sygnal's access to specific sites with Webflow's Site-Specific Access feature.

With site-specific access, Workspace admins and owners can control which sites team members have access to within their Workspace(s). This gives you additional supervision over site access, especially for freelancers, contractors, comment-only collaborators, or Workspace guests.

Additionally, agency owners can use site-specific access to limit the sites available in a teammate’s Workspace — thereby reducing distractions or protecting sensitive sites.
